Who you are:
You have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You are very organized and independent with strong time management skill to handle multiple tasks at one time.
You have strong analytical skills; you excel with data collection and analysis.  You can support with concerns or technical issues with software and computers.
You are an excellent communicator with your colleagues, other professionals and the public.
You are familiar with the Head Start program; you can review performance standards and assist with program compliance.
A day in the life:
You will support Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) practices.
You’ll assist others in the use of ChildPlus:  Professional Head Start Management Software.
You’ll act as a data specialist, collecting data, and entering it into databases.
You’ll assist with data collection for governance, program reports and grant applications.
You’ll help families apply for the Head Start programing and will assist them in completing applications.
You should be familiar with most Head Start activities, have the ability to work independently and have the ability to become a data interpretation expert. You should have knowledge of data analysis tools and computer systems technology.

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree and two years professional level experience preferably in education, social service or business administration environment.
You must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP’s values of collaboration, innovation, compassion, diversity, equity and inclusion.
Applicants must pass a DHS Background Study and meet DHS & MN Rule 3 licensing requirements

$18.22-23.69/hr, depending on qualifications. Full-time, 40 hours/week.
