A Day in the Life
You will provide support and assistance for staff in their work practices to promote the mission of Head Start in getting children ready for Kindergarten.
You will support education and family service staff using practice-based coaching structures including observations, action planning and reflective feedback to help staff reach their professional goals.
You will need a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education; or a degree in a field related to early education and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early education.
You must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP’s values of collaboration, innovation, compassion, diversity, equity and inclusion. Applicants must pass a DHS Background Study and meet DHS & MN Rule 3 licensing requirements.
You’ll be eligible for a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to make a difference in the community.
Full time, 40 hours/week, during 10 month school year. $18.22/hr., or depending on qualifications, with benefits.
