Work under the direction of the Director of Education to ensure all aspects of the Head Start & Early Head Start program’s Health, Safety, & Nutrition components are in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and MN Rule #3 licensing guidelines.
o Minimum: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and enrollment in education programming.
o Preferred: RN or 4 year degree in Health Education
o Certification to train in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain through agency.
o More than 1 year experience in public health, nursing, health education, maternal and child health, or health administration.
o Supervisory experience preferred.
o DHS Background Study
o Employee Physical/TB Risk Assessment
OPENING DATE: Thursday, August 12, 2021
RATE OF PAY: Entry Wage of $21.58 with Wage Scale of $21.58 to $32.36 per hour
SCHEDULE: 32- 40 Hours per Week following school calendar; 20 Hours per Week during summer months.
