The Early Childhood Data Compliance and Collaboration Coordinator is directly responsible for the overall data entry for the Evidence-Based Home Visiting program. Coordinator will be responsible for accurate data reporting and compliance requirements of the program including quarterly reports to the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS); coordinating regional meetings and trainings on best practices working with families and children (prenatal to age 3); ensuring support and guidance to promote collaboration with other regional Home Visiting programs in Southeast MN region; and using data analysis for oversight of the program’s goals and objectives. Coordinator will receive training on software including RedCap, ChildPlus and Apricot. This full-time position (40 hours per week) will be based in Rochester, or may be approved as a work-from-home position. Pay range is $15.00-18.00/hour, depending on qualifications.

- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood preferred
- Two years of experiencing working in the field of Early Childhood Education
- Data entry and data coordination experience, or relevant office/administrative experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Ability to work independently, but to also be an effective team member
