The Family Engagement and Health Assistant will assist the Parent, Family and Community Engagement (PFCE) Coordinatorand the Child Health Services and Data Management Administrator with a variety of responsibilities – from direct involvement and communication to data entry into a tracking system, record maintenance and documentation – to ensure Head Start Performance Standards are met in the areas of Health, Nutrition and Parent, Family, Community Engagement. This full-time time position (40 hours per week) will be based in Zumbrota, and will travel as needed to the Agency’s other Head Start locations, as well as for meetings and training.

- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood preferred
- Two years of experiencing working in the field of Early Childhood Education
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Ability to work independently, but to also be an effective team member
