The work of early educators is complex and can be stressful. While a potluck or end-of-the-year party is a great way to decompress, attending to staff well-being includes building competence and confidence, supporting emotional resilience, and creating an environment of belonging. This session will explore how program leaders can include staff input and program data to support their staff’s ability to handle the ever-changing nature of working with children and families.
