2024-2025 Fiscal Essentials Work Sessions
Date and Location:
Bring your team to a two-day AIAN Fiscal Essentials Work Session! Each two-day event will be individualized to meet the needs of registered recipients. The focus will be on developing and submitting fundable grant applications, building budgets aligned with program goals and federal budget categories, classifying costs and allocating shared costs appropriately, and developing systems for internal controls, grant closeout, and federal reporting. Bring your fiscal questions and let’s work out the answers together. This is open to new and experienced directors, fiscal professionals, and tribal leadership.
AUDIENCE: Tribal Leaders, Head Start and Early Head Start Directors, Fiscal Staff, and Managers/Coordinators
