Full Job Description: Position Description: The Head Start Director, in collaboration with the Executive Director, Policy Council, and the NWCA Board of Directors, will lead, develop, coordinate, and evaluate the Head Start/Early Head Start program for children 0 to 5 years old in Roseau, Kittson, Lake of the Woods and Marshall counties. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree is required. Degrees in education, business, social work or a related field preferred. Experience in supervising staff, fiscal management, grant writing, and administration is required.
