1965
The agency was established in 1965 with the Head Start program beginning in 1967 with EHS services starting in 1999 and Child Care Partnership program funded in 2015. Services are provided in Crow Wing, Morrison and Todd Counties. The program serves pregnant women, infants and toddlers and children to age 5. It is designed to nurture and support healthy bonds between young children and their parents/caregivers while providing developmentally appropriate educational experiences. Staff partner with families on setting goals, working with families on establishing a medical home, screenings, and parent education.
