Opening for Health and Nutrition Manager
Works under the direction of the Head Start Director to ensure all aspects of the Head Start & Early Head Start Program’s Health, Safety, & Nutrition components are following Head Start Performance Standards and MN Rule #3 licensing guidelines. Will develop community partnerships, engage diverse partners, work with families and community leaders to implement Policy Council guidance, and demonstrate a commitment to early childhood best practices and innovation.
· RN or 4-year degree in Health Education.
· Certification to train in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain through agency.
· Experience in public health, nursing, health education, maternal and child health, or health administration.
· Supervisory experience preferred.
